The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Nutaaq Pipeline, LLC (Nutaaq) filed TL50-524, seeking no revision to its rate for the intrastate transportation of petroleum through its pipeline from the Badami Central Processing Unit to the Tie-in Point with the Endicott Pipeline at the current approved rate of $1.10 per barrel. Nutaaq has requested an effective date of January 1, 2018, for this filing.
