Heatherdale Resources Ltd. would like to express support for the Reynolds Creek Hydroelectric Project on Prince
of Wales Island. We understand the Reynolds Creek Project can be a significant contributor to the area’s supply
of clean, renewable and low-cost hydroelectric power. As the owner of the Niblack Copper-Gold-Zinc-Silver
Project and anticipated user of industrial power in southeast Alaska, we support the development of a long-term
supply of low-cost, renewable and reliable power for the region.

Energy costs and accessibility are major considerations in determining a mineral project’s feasibility. The
Reynolds Creek Project could be an important advantage and contributor to the development of not only the
Niblack Project but other mineral projects in southeast Alaska.

Heatherdale believes the Reynolds Creek Project can be a valuable asset for meeting local energy needs, and we
urge the Regulatory Commission of Alaska to move forward with this initiative.
