Public Comment for TL41-305 by Ryan Muspratt of Petro Star, Inc.

Petro Star Inc. (Petro Star) submits these comments in support of the Mid-Alaska Pipeline, LLC (MAP) Tariff Revision TL41-305 filed November 22, 2022.  As noted, the rates submitted therein were developed in agreement by Petro Star and MAP, as successor to Golden Valley Electric Association, and as further evidenced by the 2015 Settlement Agreement previously approved by the Commission in Order P-15-005(1) dated February 13, 2015.  Petro Star continues to be in agreement with the calculation of the 2023 rates and the effective date requested by TL41-305.  Petro Star supports MAP’s request to approve the changes with an effective date of January 1, 2023, to coincide with the pipeline services provided by MAP to Petro Star in Calendar Year 2023 in accordance with the 2015 Settlement Agreement.
