The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR) filed TA303-4, seeking to decrease its rates as a result of the Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017. The Tax Cut and Jobs Act of 2017 reduced the federal corporate income tax from 35 percent to 21 percent.
