Public Comment for U-15-088 by Healy Lake Traditional Council HLTC

currently we are without telephone/fax service in this community. this has led to difficulties too numerous to mention, as we have re-established our small government here at Healy Lake and our population has increased by 8 in the past two weeks. the population is expected to continuously increase, and conducting daily business would be made much easier if there  were telephone/fax services available in this community.
