Public Notice for ENSTAR Natural Gas Company

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that ENSTAR Natural Gas Company (ENSTAR) filed TA299-4, proposing a change in a cost element for its Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) relating to its Firm Storage Service (FSS) Agreement with Cook Inlet Natural Gas Storage Alaska, LLC (CINGSA). ENSTAR and CINGSA have entered into an agreement to amend ENSTAR’s FSS Agreement (Amendment) to increase its Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ), which CINGSA filed with TA30-733 concurrent to this filing. ENSTAR requests that the Commission approve the revised cost element with the same effective date as the Amendment proposed in TA30-733, which is February 1, 2018.
