My name is Zoe Cramer, and I live in Anchorage, Alaska. I am looking forward to the creation of community energy programs for our communities, as they are essential for providing affordable, renewable energy to all Alaskans. I encourage the RCA to increase the allowable maximum cap for utilities from 5MW to ensure we are able to get enough new generation online to reduce dependence on natural gas. Thank you for your consideration of public input throughout this process.
