The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA453-8 proposing to add a voluntary Green Energy Program (Program) to its tariff service offerings. The Green Energy Program will provide residential, small general, and large general service customers the opportunity to voluntarily support renewable energy through a premium paid on their monthly electric bills.
